"Here is my favorite picture of Tommy.  I took this photo in the Spring of 1986 when he played
on Broad Street for Old Newsboys Day.  Old Newsboys Day was an annual promotion by

the Philadelphia Daily News....I think in celebration of the guys who would "hawk" papers on Broad.
